HUMMMMM, So the miliatary uses the most petroleum in the world and we fight wars to get more petroleum. Maybe if we cut the military / industrial complex budgets by 75% we would not have to fight the wars to feed the military.

Kind of an oxymoron isn't it !!! This speaks nothing of the 53% of the US budget that goes to the pentagon and other war related departments of the government.
