If my math is right that's only $187,500 per person for the 16,000 that have been done so far. Does educated translate to "more creative at wasting money"? Obama is educated also so people say even though we the public have not seen proof. If George Church is proof of education then Obama must have been educated for 1000 years considering how much money he has blown! Grow up and get a real job! Stop wasting the taxpayers money.
