        <description><![CDATA[This concept of wine innovation seems much more appreciated in the US than anywhere else. Personally I like innovation when the core traditional ways are left untouched. Sometimes you'll find that a cool and unique bottle will contain sub-par wine. I prefer an outstanding wine with a regular bottle style.         <description><![CDATA[&quot;Vino tinto (red) should be served at room temperature&quot; - actually, red wine should be served at cellar temperature, closer to that of a fridge than that of your average room. Everybody uses room temperature in reality, but if you want to drink chilled red you now  know that it's at least as valid an option as room temp.]]></description>
