This is no surprise.
The quality of British management is appalling.
The vast majority are 'upper-class' idiots who rely on secret societies and the 'old boy' network to continue their ruinous careers. That's why the bankers caused such a disastrous recession but kept their jobs.
I'm a working class boss who treats his workers as equals. If one of my staff said there was a security issue, I'd listen, because my people know more than I do. That's why I hired them.
