I'd like to see a report
Of just how many of those reports and deaths came from people ignoring the basic warnings on the products themselves. I know for a fact (because I have a can in front of me) that on at least one Monster brand drink (rehab, the lemonade/tea one) that it says not to overdo drinking them, giving a limit on how many a day and how many in a 'row' or within a time period.
Just like anything, read the label and use in moderation. Be an idiot and reap the rewards, but DON'T blame the company because you were an idiot and didn't read the label.
Hell the labels are there already on drinks, hairdryers, and other products because someone without a brain did something stupid with the product and sued, or a family member did. Do you REALLY need to be told on the plug not to use an electric device in the tub.. REALLY? If so, you're a grade-A moron who deserves whatever happens, because you're likely not going to read the label in the first place.
