That payback amount is only a DROP IN THE BUCKET
BP needs to be SHUT DOWN for their environmental atrocities. Along with Exxon and a host of other oil companies. Yet, this is an example similar to a HEROIN ADDICT who knows that what they are doing is detrimental, though they are acting from a place of greed and INSANITY, so they keep doing what they've always done, even though it could cost them their lives.
