The unintended consequence of maintaining a bad economy with poor leadership, cash for clunkers and pushing the CAF standard higher has been a noticeable drop in revenue from the gas tax.

The revenue slid is expected to accelerate over the next 20 years and the spend happy mob in DC is in full panic that they have killed a cash cow.
