Pilots
John McGrew is absolutely right. One other thing I would add is the pilot turnover runs around every 10 years. With the new regs, fuel prices and the economy, you won't be seeing very many pilots qualified to go to the big leagues. As it is now, the pilots of small puddle-jumpers are making minimum wage and have other jobs to supplement their income, all in the hopes of getting enough hours built up to fly the big rigs. With the new regs increasing the hours needed, I think you'll see most pilots giving up their dreams of flying with the big boys, and the only ones with enough hours will be ex-military pilots.
