Panning real wood knife handles, that is.

Wood used for knife handles does NOT smell, as the article all but stated it does. It is also one of the BEST materials for a handle, providing a natural grip as well as durability.

Try Old Hickory or something similar, for a GOOD knife. (oh, GOSH, hot-drop forged? I'm creaming my pants right now!)
