new products is not the issue
I don't mind reading about new products, but this article has absolutely zero objective information. Tell us WHY this product is better than others. Are there any studies that you can cite? Is there a survey showing that professional chefs prefer it 2:1 over the Wusthof set? I mean, just telling us about a product with lines like "you'll want to smell the turkey, not the tool" is laughable. I could have written a better article in five minutes or less. It demonstrates a complete lack of effort. There's my 2 cents' worth.
