(Inflatable trampoline) bridge over the River Seine?

It's difficult to judge the exact location from the picture but would the famous Parisen bateaux mouches or indeed other river traffic be able to pass under the giant trampoline?
Otherwise it seems quite a fun idea - providing users will not be able to sue each other - or the operators - for injuries sustained in over enthusiastic bouncing!

Just the concept produces exhilaration!! I would love to be there jumping up and down until I get dizzy from infantile delight!! (I'm an older adult) the idea is marvelous, genial.

I assumed that pedestrians would be inside the tubes, not bouncing around on top of them
