        <description><![CDATA[Assuming this technology is real (who can forget the &quot;successful&quot; cold fusion experiment back in the 1990s), this synthetic network would really make environmental monitoring equipment far more accurate without sacrificing speed. Yes, it's going to take years to bring this technology to the marketplace but it certainly sounds exciting reading about it.]]></description>
