        <description><![CDATA[The U.N. has realised its climate-change hysteria and Agenda 21 aren't likely to come to anything, so has moved to redefine its attempt to engineer a massive transfer of wealth, from rich nations to poor (so keeping them poor, ironically, but hey ho), as a concern for 'biodiversity'.  It's the same watermelons, using the same techniques, to achieve the same results.]]></description>
