If you can't hire the right person, what consulting services do you turn to ? Anyone have a favorite big data analytics services company they trust ?

New roles?
Other than arguably the data scientist and cloud specialists, these roles have been around for years or decades. Yes, the skills are changing, but these jobs are not new. Emerging jobs Gartner sees as a result of Big Data include information product managers, information valuation specialists, information asset managers, chief data officers, chief analytics officers, etc. --Doug Laney, VP Research, Gartner, @doug_laney
