Shame on people like you who give light water nuclear reactors succor, simply because it's the only nuke we know how to make. Anything that creates deadly wastes that are deadly for millenia capable of devastating huge areas of the planet. Only the Chinese and Indians are working on Thorium reactors that shut down on their own in case of trouble and create wastes that are deadly for ONLY a few centuries, and are capable of burning up the wastes of the first half century of the nuclear miracle that is turning into a horror.
