C'mon - Yes, they did marry && could adopt castrated boys. Also does not mention the method of castration, ie gonads only or the whole package. Marriage and sex are not a given combo - just ask most men married for 10 years. (and some women...) And - if one require a penis for sex, there would be a lot of frustrated lesbians.
