This is discrimination just as much as saying that x number of seats have to be reserved for men would be and discrimination in any form is wrong.

Its called a resume, if you don't have the skills... you don't get the job.
Use the USA as an example. Ask a HP worker how Carly worked out for them.
Been in the business 20yrs and haven't seen a competent woman CEO yet.
