In Paris, ethical fashion heads down the runway

Any definition of ethics in fashion that does not include a prohibition against using animal products as part of the "fashion", is a hollow definition, or at least incomplete, in my perspective. Sourcing an item of human fashion, for visual pleasure, that depends upon the death of any living animal, is hardly an ethical product.

Considering that these people are in the highly shallow and superficial conspicuous consumption business, high-minded proclamations like this ring rather hollow.
