In England, I pay about 11p per unit, so that is quite a bit more expensive than the USA ( don't mention gas prices! O.K. it is around 1.40 per litre. I don't have the conversion to $ per gallon, but it sure is a lot of dollars) The article says that people just pay what it says on the bill. Well if you don't, you get cut off! Simple!
