Kudos to this guy!
I dreamed for years that I could do what he did. My mother had a stroke at 30; but because it was 1951, there wasn't the technology to help her. She struggled all her life, with a crutch and a brace. Speech and movement were difficult in later years and I tried to think of ways to connect her to a computer so she could use that brain that was being held in captivity inside her.
I believe that connecting stroke victims to devices that require brain function ultimately helps their cognitive abilities and I totally support this guy for finally coming up with a way to do that. I know this is just the beginning, but hey, it's a good start. GRATS!
