It Isn't Food!
This man's an idiot! *Fuel*-grade ethanol can be made from *cellulose*; in other words, use the wheat or corn grain for food, and use the stalks for fuel. Go Google-search "cellulosic ethanol" if you don't believe me.
There are also some new techniques being developed to make biofuels out of algae -- pond-scum.
Where did he get the idea that it's only grain that can be made into fuel-grade ethanol? ...Ooops, never mind; I think we can guess.
