Biofuel a conflict with reality
All bio-fuel production should stop immediately before irreparable harm is done to the land for future food production. Spare our kids and grand kids from starving because someone wanted to run their big car engine, etc. Where concentrated farming has been done for years and using chemical fertilizers salination of the land has taken place. There are areas that are like deserts now and not able to grow much more than a few weeds. Do we want all arable land to go that way? Better decide what's important. Obama is sort of on the right track providing he chops subsidies for bio-fuel production. Hydrogen fuel and electric vehicles are still in their developmental infancy and need much more work. Don't give up on work on that research and development.
