        <description><![CDATA[Changing from cfl:s or incandecent bulbs to LEDs don't save anything in temperate to cold climate countries, because we need and use the heat produced by them anyway. There's also no point in replacing an existing bulb with anything else until the existing lamp fails, because cfl:s in particular were expensive to buy in the first place.]]></description>
