While one might theorize that a specific antibiotics, or even a family of antibiotics might impact digestive metabolism - and some we already know do at least in the short term, but broad statements that envelope all antibiotics and affects over a long periods, or life times are not only without well defined explanatory mechanisms, but are a huge red flag for basic scientific incompetence.
