Even such climate contrarians as Richard Lindzen and Roy Spencer agree that increasing the level of CO2 in the atmosphere will have an effect. They just think there are other factors that will counter the effects of CO2. They haven't had much luck finding those other factors.

Since the greatest demand for electricity is generally in the middle of the day, especially during air conditioning season solar power is perfect to help cover those peak loads.

BTW, I was confused by the McGrew bit myself.
