To make Living Buildings mainstream -- isn't that what we really want?-- I believe we need to let go of conventional models of change leadership. After 30 years in the field, it seems clear that the kind of integration required for Living Buildings (or any truly sustainble solution) is much more likely to result from a combination of leadership elements that I choose to call emergent - both the leader and the led are transformed into effective change agents. @emergeleadership.net
