This is such a bad design I would not waste the money to build it as a scale model train set, forget about building the real thing.
The sheep known as the California taxpayer can pay all they want for this disaster. I am angry that the rest of us in the nation have to watch our federal tax dollars under write this misguided adventure in political correctness.
Now I know how people in other states felt watching the Big Dig in Boston burn through $15 billion of their tax dollars. This project makes that fiasco look like a weekend DIY project.
