Report Offensive Message

I'm probably asking this in the wrong place, but since we are on the topic.....I just bought a 6-acre ranchette that has a pond on it caused by runoff from neighboring crop fields. I have also found out that all these neighboring crop fields are being sprayed by crop dusters. Should I be worried about this? And, what should I do if I should be worried?
