        <description><![CDATA[I find that marinating it in a lemon juice type dressing kills the bitter (for salads, 12 to 24 hours is best). I add it to most of my soups, I like it raw... I have always liked kale... And much like brussels sprouts, I find that al dente is best (when cooked), and if harvested in the winter (after a good frost or digging it out of the snow) is when it is at its absolute peak of perfection...]]></description>
