Saudia Arabia and Solar
For some reason I can't get over feeling dumbfounded that it's taken them this long to implement such a program! It seems like such a no-brainer. Install renewable energy plants to generate power for internal applications and sell the oil (at a major profit of course) to countries like the U.S. that are reluctant to get over their addiction to fosil fuels.
