Quite frankly...
...I'd bet a conventional airplane would be faster and more efficient.

The advantage of the bus is that passengers do not have to transfer from 1 vehicle to another to travel from point to point. Other costs will be to construct & to maintain roads of extraordinary quality so that the bus can attain max potential speed. How much will that cost? Will other vehicles be able to use these roads? Surely not heavy trucks, which wear out roads much faster than cars. So the question may be whether or not the convenience justifies the use of these buses rather than, say, high speed rail.

Tires
Obviously it uses a special truck tire with a W or Z rating, which will probably be special made considering normal trucks don't travel over 130 mph....
Either way, with the way they drive in the middle east, there's no way I'd want to go that fast in one.
