I found this article to be very interesting. Especially the part where all people have creativity in them. Ideation is my top strength (Marcus Buckingham book), and (ha ha) I think that I have a lot a great ideas. This article was a blast, and I can't wait to get this book. Now if we could just create a way to capture those great ideas!!!
