In AZ sustainability is more than dirty.
Here our geniuses in our legislature want to outlaw anything that smacks of sustainability. Why because the evil United Nations will take over our country. Here in AZ according to some of our legislators it is communism at it's worst. Sigh, shiny tin hat anyone?

Someone's got to say it
Speaking to a professor of corporate responsibility the other day, I was told that some of the companies doing the most in environmental and social terms are keeping it to themselves for fear of PR backlash - that if they openly advocate 'sustainability' they risk being shot down whenever they get it wrong. Unilever has been fiercely banging the sustainability drum for a while now, going out on a limb in the marketing press in particular - and I commend them for it.
