I get the low energy cost part of this idea. But the world is basically moving from bricks and mortar to the virtual internet. Is it truly wise to move the data centers for that virtual world of cloud servers, data storage and business applications on to one of the most unstable volcanic Islands on earth? Isn't this just a bit short sited?
