Nothing Substantial Here, Still As Exploitive As Ever
Didn't mention the water to product ration but it is at least 10:1. Not to mention the inordinate amounts of other resources and energy used. Read into the statement of "bottling plants in locations that are water stressed", then realize the environmental and social injustice in those areas too. The price for water that citizens have to pay is outrageous compared to how much CC pays. Then there are the polluting, waste, and nutritional problems of the products. There are many areas to improve but the timeliness and amount will always be limited by corporate culture and margins.

RE: How Coca-Cola is reducing its water consumption
Coca Cola is not doing this for altruistic reasons. Instead they see an opportunity to cut cost and maximize profit.
