It’s 3 o’clock in the afternoon and you’re looking for a caffeine fix.

A hazelnut mocha with whipped cream?

(Maybe not the best decision.)

How about a cappuccino?

(Turns out that’s not such a great idea either.)

If you’re one to watch your weight, a caffeine binge might set you back more than you thought.

That cappuccino? It has the same amount of calories as a glass of wine.

That hazelnut mocha with whip? Almost 600 calories — or the rough equivalent of a McDonald’s Big Mac.
