Take a peek at how the H1N1 ’swine flu’ vaccine is made

By Andrew Nusca | Nov 9, 2009 |

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said on Friday that the H1N1 virus — commonly known as the “swine flu” — is now prevalent in 48 states.

The virus is so widespread that President Barack Obama has declared a national emergency.

A new vaccine has been created to combat the virus, but there has been skepticism about its effectiveness, its danger and its administration.

CBS 60 Minutes correspondent Scott Pelley went inside the federal government’s $3 billion H1N1 vaccine project to find out where and how the vaccine is made.

I don't know why does do videos from CBS have to be played?? You can't watch them again & if you do then they get re-downloaded unlike youtube. So one has to check the entire video again if one is on a slow line & have to wait for it to get redownloaded again
