Just when you think you've discovered a new shooting star or even a planet, make sure it isn't the waste byproduct from human space habitation. Much has been written about space bathrooms and this video from 2007 ably explains what astronauts do when nature calls. by John Dodge

Space junkies were at first mystified last week when an unusual light appeared in the sky only to learn from NASA that the Space Shuttle Discovery had jetisoned a large amount of astronaut pee and poop.

So just when you think you've discovered a new shooting star or planet, make sure it isn't this dubious vestige of human space habitation. Much has been written about space bathrooms and the 2007 Youtube video below ably explains what astronauts do when nature calls.

Unfortunately, I could not identify who's speaking. He looks like and talks like an astronaut and sounds Canadian ("against" is `agaynst').
