Robot climbs walls

By | June 9, 2009, 10:37 AM PDT

No one  likes to climb walls, but sometimes you just have to.

A research engineer at SRI International has developed a robot that climbs straight up walls using a electro-statically charged film for its clinging ability. The applications are obvious - surveillance, inspection and even toys. iRobot may have the Dirt Dog for shop sweeping, Scooba for floor washing, Rhoomba for vacuuming, Verro for pool cleaning, Looj for gutter cleaning and Virtual Visiting robot, but it doesn’t have anything what engineer Harsha Prahlad has developed.

Check it out.

RE: Best Companies for Women
We have been living in Montana for the past 5 years and I am not supri sexy shop to find it #3 on the "worst" list. Considering a sexshop move to Idaho to escapthe high cost of living a low income in MT. There may not be a sales tax here but they get you if you own property!
