Wonder how? A video awaits...

Stephen Chao, the former president of Fox and USA networks, has been enamored with the "How To" category for a while and the site he's created, WonderHowTo.com, has swelled to an audience of more that 6 millions unique monthly visitors. On BNET's Dog and Pony show I sat down with Stephen to learn about this burgeoning category.

In almost all cases being shown how to do something is better than than being told. That basic premise is driving the explosion of "How To" videos online and if you are like me you don't have to look far to find fresh examples in your own life. Just the other day my daughter showed me how to make an Origami box. I was impressed by her talents. Did she learn this in school? In arts and crafts? Nope...she learned it and several other fun folds by watching online "How To" videos. Stephen Chao, the former president of Fox and USA networks, has been enamored with this space for a while and the site he's created, WonderHowTo.com, has swelled to an audience of more that 6 millions unique monthly visitors.

On BNET's Dog and Pony show I sat down with Stephen to learn about this burgeoning category. Check out our visit and I'll have Stephen back on as a guest to share pointers on to create your own winning "How To" video.
