Moving short film: What if Fukushima had contaminated Tokyo?

By | September 21, 2011, 7:08 AM PDT

A man kisses his pregnant wife goodbye, puts on his gas mask, and commutes to work. Without giving too much away, this is what would have happened had Fukushima contaminated Tokyo with dangerous amounts of radiation. Worth watching all the way through.

If this represents the common sentiment in Japan about nuclear power right now — and surveys indicate that it does — it’s likely we’ll see a blossoming of renewable power in that country on par with what’s already happened in Germany, where solar panels already have a higher peak power output than all three of the reactors at Fukushima that were operational when the earthquake hit.

Try and tell this to A Republican!
The dumbed down brainwashed idiot will just laugh at you. Then call you a libtard. It would not be so bad if they were just ignorant and you could teach them. But they are such arrogant pricks blinded by their own stupidity. That the only way we will ever be able to save the planet is if we simply get rid of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
