It's difficult to judge the exact location from the picture but would the famous Parisen bateaux mouches or indeed other river traffic be able to pass under the giant trampoline?
Otherwise it seems quite a fun idea - providing users will not be able to sue each other - or the operators - for injuries sustained in over enthusiastic bouncing!

The historic and picturesque River Seine in Paris might soon be a popular tourist destination for another reason. Paris-based architectural agency AZC has taken on the Bridge in Paris challenge, which charges them with locating “an architectural reflection within this same realm of contemporary urban enjoyment.”
The giant trampoline bridge they’ve come up with allows citizens to bounce across the river on three inflatable water rings with trampoline material stretched across each of them. The three modules are each 30 meters in diameter, made of PVC membrane and linked together for stability. AZC claims that from the bridge, which would sit in front of the Eiffel Tower, pedestrians could enjoy a view of all of Paris. The company claims their bridge is “dedicated to the joyful release from gravity as one bounces above the river.”
Such a design begs the question–what happens if a pedestrian happens to bounce off the bridge and into the river? Obviously there are other barriers to this project actually getting off the ground, like approval from city officials. But then again, London got the Millennium Wheel, so maybe Paris is ready to one-up them in the modern urban design category.
