China's smog is now a job recruitment killer

China is a demonstration of what irresponsible & unsustainable industrialization & development is doing to the planet as a whole, accelerated in time.
Another good sign. I've long argued that as China's middle class quickly evolves and becomes more affluent, it will demand environmental reforms as they seek a better quality of life. As quality of life comparable to other developed countries is important to those who are currently eschewing China as an option for co-location, this puts further pressure on reform.
The good news is that it will take China a lot less time to come to this conclusion and make it happen than it did for the west.
